Refund policy

General

At La Votre Dress, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Consumers residing in the European Union, Norway or the United Kingdom (UK) have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions.

Right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union, Norway and the United Kingdom (UK)

The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) who are resident in a member state of the European Union, Norway or the United Kingdom (UK).

Note for deliveries to Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Consumers residing in Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are made exclusively on a voluntary goodwill basis, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Notice for Customers in the United States (USA)

For customers residing in the United States of America, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pelin Sengün, Im Bülten 20, 49439 Steinfeld (Oldenburg) Germany, email: lavotre.dress@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.

2. Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality (handling as in the warehouse).

3. General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. 2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.

4. Return costs:

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment (§ 357 (6) BGB), unless the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of La Votre Dress. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
